It's hard to believe that this weekend is Labor Day Weekend already.  I always find this weekend to be bittersweet; I love the summer, but by this point it's been so hot for so long, I'm longing for something cooler, crisper - a change.  But before I let August go and all of the great things that come with it, I was taking a look back at some of my favorite posts from the summer and thought it would be a great opportunity to reflect.  Since in North Carolina at least it will be warmer for a little longer, I think I can stretch some of these into mid-September.
