I shared some of my favorites from the off-the-shoulder trend earlier this month and this top kept calling to me.  So I pulled the trigger and between the pom-poms, embroidery, and gauzey fabric, I'm sold.  Something like this is a great summer staple: easy to throw on and dress up or down.
