The 90s called....

[via: 1 2 3]

It hasn't been on accident that I've been a little mums-the-work on the resurgence of Birks and overalls a la 90s.  I've been on the fence on whether or not I 1) like them and 2) if they are right for me.  However, fashion blogs and retailers have been taunting me with Birk placement and overalls all over the place.  The Olsen sisters are galavanting the streets of NYC in Birks.

Like it or not, I'm sure these trends are here to stay and as these lovely ladies have shown us, totally do-able.   So what's your take? Will you be rockin' the overalls & Birks?

  2. Birks yes! I love all of them. There are def daintier ones than the Arizonas. Overalls... need to stay where they were, in the 90s. I don't love all the big floral prints either, but I have thought about a jumpsuit/romper.

  3. I say no to Birks and overalls! I just can't do it.

  4. Ehhh I'm unsure on both of these trends right now...I don't think I can bring myself to buying Burks. I loved my overalls in the 90s and early 2000s. I've seen a lot of bloggers rocking them and they look great. Great post!

    Stay Styled,

P.s LOVE LOVE LOVE the name of your blog. Reminds me of my favorite episode of Sex and the City "hot child in the city."

  5. Overalls.... Don't think I can pull them off. As for the Birks, maybe a stylish alternative? Just bought a Zara pair that are similar to the Isabel Marant sandals everyone is wearing. The 90's are seriously here though haha. Great post! Thanks for stopping by P&P!
