In addition to a well-appointed polka dot, I am also a lover of feathers. To me nothing says party like a good feather adornment and this skirt has definitely gotten its wear in my closet. Some iteration of this look will likely be my New Year's Eve look (if you are going to break out feathers & sequins, why not then?!), but I've been pleasantly surprised how often I've gotten to break out the feathers for other occasions (cocktail hours, weddings, evening ballets - just to name a few).
