It takes a lot for me to ask the question, Is this dress too much?. I did just that when I put this dress on. But with most things, half of the battle is owning it and I think we can all agree that I tend to run on the higher end of the extra-spectrum. Besides, what better place to rock this dress than in Mexico over the weekend?

It turned out to be the perfect dress for the dinner we attended to kick-off the weekend festivities for one of my dear friend's wedding. My advice for dressing outside of your comfort zone: if the dress is fun, easy, and super comfortable - rock it. Like I said, owning it is half of the battle.
