postcards from corolla

7/14/2016

If we are being honest with each other, this week was a bit of a rough re-entry.  We spent the week before in Corolla on the Outer Banks of North Carolina taking in all of the sun, sand, and salt water that we possible could.  Then as I was still shaking said sand out of my hair and shoes, I jumped on a plane to head out for another work trip less than 24 hours after getting home from our week at the beach.  So as I'm still easing back into the real world (it's totally normal to take an entire week after your vacation to get back into the swing of things, right?) I thought I'd share a little bit of our trip with you wonderful folks.

Overall, though a bit chaotic, it was a wonderful week.  Being able to not only share an area that I spent the majority of my youth vacationing at with Liam, but also all of the time we got with our friends was just what the doctor ordered and now we are on to planning our next trip.
