It's a good motto to have: whether it be for a trip, a dinner party, or just a lunch outing. I also feel this way about layers. Over the weekend, we spent Saturday vineyard hopping around Virginia. It was a perfect crisp fall day and even though the sun was out, layers were definitely necessary. For the record, I'm wearing 4 including the coat.
I'm getting ready to head off to the mountains for my annual girls weekend. And though I will miss my guys at home, I'm stoked for some quality girl time. You know what I'm talking about, the cookie-dough-eating-chick-flick-watching-dancing-around-in-your-pajamas-while-singing-into-your-hairbrush, girl time. Beyond just some good 'ol girl talk, we are going to be exploring an area of Virginia which is gorgeous. Truly God's country. On my list of things to bring: wine, books, and glossies. I've also put together a packing list....now if only I could dig my boots out of storage!
