I feel the way about peplum the way that southerns feel about their hair - the bigger the better.  You've probably seen this top before, it's all over the interwebs, but I wanted to find a way to transition it from the summer to cooler temps.  For transitional weather, I plan to pair it under this sweater, but as it gets cooler, I'll definitely be adding a button up under and/or a sweater over.  The length of the peplum is just right to add a little bit of intrigue with a sweater over it.
