This pleated skirt has been a heavy hitter in my closet since I purchased in last year & as chance (or the rules of retail) would have it, it's available on factory for less than $40.  Take a moment and revel in that, shall we?  Now that we've taken time to appreciate that, I have to say that my favorite way to style such a feminine style as a pleated skirt is with some hard hitters - think leather & heavy metals - to help balance out the look.
