Manolo Blahnik is one of the names which is synonymous with a fantastic pair of heels.  The BB is one of their quintessential styles which is comfortable, available in a variety of fabrics and colors, and also can be personalized via Saks if their standard options are not what you are looking for.  Unfortunately, even their standard options can run you quite the pretty penny.  I've been searching for a pair of single soled, pointy toed grey suede pumps for the Fall and have had my eyes on these beauties.  The price tag has been what has stopped my usual happy trigger finger on the 'purchase' button.  Luckily for us, Nine West makes a comparable version for a fraction of the cost.  They don't have quite the heel pitch, which actually might work in your favor if you can't wear super high heels and Nine West generally makes a really good quality shoe.  Definitely worth the look-see if you are in the market for a pair.
