If you hadn't caught on yet, I don't wear a ton of pants.  I really dislike pants; beyond the fact that (particularly in the summer months) they are warmer, for someone at my height, it's hard to find a pair that is the right length (without alterations) and I find them generally constricting.  Which is why, particularly in the summer months, you'll find me in dresses all day every day.  There is nothing more quintessential to me than a dress in the summer time.  And this dress - it's oh-so-good and an additional 30% off as a part of Anthro's red tag sale.  (For size reference, I'm wearing a petite XS).
