The SAG Awards aired over the weekend and, to be honest, I didn't even watch. The SAGs are pre-filmed and so there's no fun red carpet and it's far more serious than the Golden Globes where they practically have people doing keg stands with champagne by the end of the night. None-the-less, there were some pretty gorgeous looks which graced the evening's events.
My two homeruns of the night have to be Alicia Vikander in Louis Vuitton and Rachel McAdam in Elie Saab. The picture of Alicia's dress doesn't do it justice, but I thought it was a great choice. Rachel is typically a favorite of mine on the red carpet and this gown gives me all of the feels.
My other three faves of the night were Soairse Ronan, Kiernan Shipka, and Lily Rabe. All of these looks were spot on with color, cut, and interesting factor. It's becoming glaringly obvious that I am a sucker for feminine details, florals, lace, sparkles, soft colors.
The one thing that I was tremendously sad that I missed was Tina & Amy's tribute to Carol Burnett and their burns to Leo (that eye roll deserves a SAG). #sqaudgoals
