When I saw this sweatshirt at JCrew, I knew that it was made for me because I'm a sucker for a cheeky shirt and I curse like a sailor (I'm working on that given the little ears in our household).  Regardless there are two other things that come to mind when I think French (besides crepes and wine, that is) and those are stripes and a red lip.  This dress I snagged at Gap last year and lucky for you, they have another version out this year.  Clearly it's pretty versatile and I wear it all year round.
